Our Project
J.D. Irving, Limited has proposed the modernization of its existing transportation and rail operations on Dever Road.
Our project would facilitate the expansion of rail intermodal services. It will create short-haul trucking job opportunities and help advance Saint John as a global transportation and logistics hub.
The project is expected to create 17 full-time railway positions and 30 full-time driver positions.
Aligned with the Port of Saint John Modernization Project and
City of Saint John’s goal to be a global transportation hub, the proposed park will improve supply chain and competitiveness for local industry.
